Fashion Friday
I have always loved clothes and fashion but haven’t ever really understood it well until I got married. I got lucky I married into a family that knows fashion. My mother in law used to teach fashion and has a long history working in fashion, she eludes sophistication and style. I’m always amazed by what she wears and how she can pull off any look, doesn’t hurt that she is beautiful and in great shape! My sister in law attended FIT and is now a fashion designer in the the fashion capital of the world, New York City. So of course, she knows her stuff. It’s incredible what she comes up with and how she designs. They have taught me a lot of the fashion basics and have helped me understand what builds a wardrobe (more on this later). So with their help here is Fashion Friday! This is a basic dress that can be worn a million ways. I know it doesn’t look like much but the possibilities are endless. Doesn’t hurt that it’s $17.90. I have to be honest. I cringe a little bit looking at this photos. I always tend to be critical and don’t love photos of myself. However, clothes just don’t look right unless you see them on a person and it’s real. So, bear with me as I get use to the idea of putting myself out there and way out of my comfort zone!
