Peanut Butter Chocolate Bombs
A good alternative for that chocolate craving with less carbs.
1/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter (I think crunchy is important and adds a twist)
1/2 cube of cream cheese
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Slightly soften cream cheese and mix with peanut butter. Chill for 5 minutes then form into small balls. Roll in chocolate chips and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Makes about 6 balls. 9 grams of carbs for 3 balls.
Perfect low carb treat to satisfy that craving. They are pretty rich I think one is enough!
